Long version. Ternaria is an enterprise platform that governs the full lifecycle of a company's AI agents — request, sandbox testing, approval, activation and measurement — no matter which vendor built them. A business owner requests an agent, tests it, approves it, activates it and measures it; IT keeps visibility of what data each one touches and who authorized what. The design principle is deliberately conservative: AI proposes, a person approves, the platform commits. Agents never write directly into client systems.

Eduardo Carbia — Founder and CEO. An engineer by training, with a decade in the data industry before building software. Co-founded and was COO of a Latin American customer data firm that grew to more than 80 people across ten countries, acquired by the Spanish group VASS. He then held commercial leadership roles at Xandr (a Microsoft company) and LiveRamp. MBA from Hult International Business School and an engineering degree from Universidad Iberoamericana.
