AI proposes, a person approves, the platform commits
Agents never write directly into client systems. Nothing reaches production without evidence and without someone on your team validating it.
Company · About us
Ternaria started from a question almost no executive can answer about the agents already running inside their company: who approved them, what data they touch and what they cost.
Adopting AI is no longer the problem. Today any area can hire an agent in an afternoon. The problem shows up afterwards: different agents, from different vendors, touching different data, with no one holding a single view of what is running or under what permission.
Gartner projects that more than 40% of AI agent projects will be cancelled before the end of 2027, almost always because of insufficient controls. Our read is that the bottleneck was never model capability: it is that the operation is not visible. And what you can't see, you can't govern or measure.
Ternaria is the layer that was missing. It doesn't matter how an agent arrives — built to order, installed from the marketplace or brought in from outside — they all operate the same way: visible, governed and measured, inside the company's environment.
Agents never write directly into client systems. Nothing reaches production without evidence and without someone on your team validating it.
We operate agents built by anyone. Model consumption is passed through at cost, with no margin: a governance layer that profits from consumption is not a governance layer.
Every deliverable leaves a record of what data it used, who approved it and what it cost. That evidence accumulates: the operation improves with every cycle instead of restarting with every project.
